Welcome to:

An icon challenge community featuring Gavin DeGraw.

This community was taken from the idea from all of the stillness communities. This original idea was from

buffy_stillness run by

quebelly. Now there have been many different stillness communities developed such as

p3_stillness,

jack_stillness,

david_stillness, and

james_stillness just to name a few. In a stillness community there are no animated icons allowed. This stillness community is for the musician/artist Gavin DeGraw.

-No animation is allowed!
-The icon must meet lj standards (no bigger then 100x100 and under 40K).
-Text is permitted but please don't be offensive... just use your judgement.
-Only submit one icon for each picture provided.
-Other pictures cannot be used in your icon, no blending of other images is allowed.
-Entries are due by 11pm central time on Friday evening.
-Icons cannot be posted anywhere until the voting is over (must stay anonymous), otherwise your icon will be disqualified.
-Posting the URL of your icons is a requirement if entries do not have the URL they will not count.
-All contest entries are not shareable unless you contact a specific user and ask permission first.
-Most importantly, have fun!

-To post an entry you must be a member of the community.
-All entries will be posted as a comment to the picture entry I post (all comments will be screened).
-When you submit your icon post the icon and URL for example:

Sunday: a new picture will be posted
Wednesday: mid-week reminder
Friday: few hour reminder and then voting will be posted on Friday evening
Saturday-Sunday: voting period
Sunday: winners will be annouced (banners will be made for winners)

All entries need to be in by 11pm central time on Friday evening.
Voting will start late on Friday evening. All members will see the icons and will vote in a poll to check (in the poll) their favorite icon(s).
When voting you may not vote for yourself, and you cannot vote more than once.
Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. After we have at least 10 entries I will begin to give out the mod's choice award as well.
